We needed to unify the environment for three hubs with the same standard procedure, improve the product, and reach a new level of customer experience and customer attraction
Challenge
- The main challenge was to enhance the Hypefill COD fulfillment hub to provide efficient and reliable fulfillment services, intelligent analytics, improve delivery performance, and help clients make data-driven decisions for improved profitability and customer satisfaction
- Fragmented invoice & returns flow. Manual handling of invoices, order returns, and status updates slows fulfillment and creates costly errors.
- Error-prone, manual handling on the floor. Printing, scanning, and barcode checks are disconnected, leading to mispicks, lost labels, and rework.
- Limited traceability and customer updates. Incomplete tracking across pick–pack–ship reduces operational visibility and delays customer notifications.
- Siloed marketing insights. Campaign and product insights don’t reach operations, resulting in poor demand planning and stock allocation.
Key Functional features
- Ensure seamless integration with client partners’ existing E-Commerce platforms and enable cron queues for nightly updates;
- Retrieve Shopify and WooCommerce stores data to create a User’s dashboard with order statuses, volume, list, top categories, total number, filters, metrics about delivery and more;
- Create a revenue analysis process and delivery status tracking handled by different shipping companies;
- Create a functionality that allows admins to set funds calculation for specific shops and allows users to withdraw the available funds;
- Create a summary Admin’s dashboard that shows key performance indicators (KPIs) for all clients, such as total sales, number of orders fulfilled, and available funds for each client.
- Automate the work of warehouses with invoices, order returns, and order tracking
- Integrate the operation of printers, scanning, and barcode reading to automate processes
- Integrate the company’s marketing insights into the platform
